CaboCheck partners with pharmacies and connects you with laboratories, creates the infrastructure, and provides everything you need to easily and quickly offer blood tests.
While other providers merely use you as a service provider, we want to offer you the opportunity to position yourself as a health center with attached laboratory diagnostics and to expand your consulting spectrum.
Innovative blood collection
Our laboratories use capillary blood for testing. We utilize our patented vacuum device, which quickly and straightforwardly collects blood using vacuum. This not only simplifies the collection process significantly but also greatly enhances the quality of the blood, as no squeezed blood is produced, thereby avoiding contamination with tissue fluid.
No pre-investment
You do not need your own laboratory devices. Our vacuum device, along with all consumables and marketing materials, as well as our continuous support, will be provided to you for a small monthly fee.
Your prices
We assist you in finding pricing with a recommendation, but: You define your selling prices yourself, as you know your market best. We will settle the incurred costs with you only at the end of the month.
Laboratory findings
In consultation with your client, there are several ways to send the test results generated by the laboratory doctor via email:

With our software, you get everything you need for a smooth process. From test execution to shipping logistics and content for your social media activities, you get everything through our intuitive dashboard. No, blood collection with our special machine is painless. The process only takes 2-3 minutes and is barely noticeable due to the slight vacuum that gently draws the blood from the finger.

The choice is yours. You can have the test carried out directly in the pharmacy, give it as a gift or use it at a later date. Our flexible handling allows you to use the test according to your needs.
You don't need to purchase any tests in advance, avoiding storage costs. We continuously take care of the necessary accessories, so you automatically have everything on site. Of course, you still need consumables such as gloves.
The samples are evaluated in German specialist-led laboratories - the same ones where doctors have their whole blood samples evaluated. This ensures the quality of the results.
It usually takes 2-3 working days to analyse the samples in the specialist laboratory.
Normally, the customer receives their test result by email. If your customer wishes, you can also arrange for the result to be sent to you at the pharmacy, where you can view it together.
Our laboratory physicians confirm that there is no difference between capillary blood and whole blood evaluations for the tests we offer. You can therefore rely on the reliability of the results.
Many resident physicians are no longer able to offer timely blood draws. With Cabocheck, you can offer your customers blood draws without an appointment and waiting time - a real added value.
Unfortunately, this is not yet possible at the moment. However, since most of our tests are self-pay services at the general practitioner anyway, this is usually not a problem. We are working on making this possible in the future.
Your risk is minimal - with just two tests per month, your costs are usually already covered. In our experience, each of our customers performs significantly more tests, some up to 70 per month.
We provide you with everything you need for packaging. We work with DHL for shipping. You can either take the packaged sample to a DHL station yourself or your DHL courier will be happy to take it with them.
You only pay for a test when your customer has purchased and performed it with you. We usually create a monthly invoice summarizing all the tests.
At the beginning, you will receive training so that you can handle everything optimally. If any questions arise afterward, our team is always there for you.
A maximum of 500 microliters is required, which is a very small amount.
Unfortunately, a trial period of just a few days is not possible. However, you are welcome to call us to discuss any concerns. We are confident that we can address them.
There are many good reasons for this. The three most important ones are: 1. With our system, you can offer a variety of different tests and thus position yourself as a health center in your neighborhood. 2. Our capillary blood collection device avoids contamination by tissue fluid, thus ensuring high sample quality. 3. With us, you use a complete support system. You only take care of the blood collection and customer consultation; we take care of everything else for you.
